Real Audience Response
Discover responses viewers may struggle to recall or articulate.
Moment by Moment
See where immersion holds and drops across long-form stories, helping you identify what's working, what needs a closer look and what to protect.
In Time to Act
We agree the timing around your edit or decision window, so findings arrive while choices remain open. Your creative team decides what to do next.
We test films, TV episodes and alternative edits with real audiences.
We capture physiological and behavioural signals throughout viewing and combine them with structured audience feedback.
Receive time-coded analysis showing where responses differ between moments, audience groups and versions.
Our expert interpretation connects the findings to your production's questions.

Channel 4
New factual format tested at first fine cut.
Audience response to the opening and pre-title differed from what the team expected. Our findings informed several changes, including to the opening before picture lock.
The front of a programme is the thing we think about most and this told us clearly that ours was not holding the audience the way we wanted it to. It also showed us which parts were working, so we knew what to move towards. We spent real time on the opening as a result and the changes went into the programme.

Two edits compared
The stronger cut chosen before picture lock.
Our findings backed the team’s preferred cut and pinpointed the moments driving the difference, helping them understand what to protect.
Seeing that audiences were engaged with the character and wanted more is hugely valuable. It gives us credible evidence to use when talking to commissioners and making the case for what comes next.
